The storage, maturing and packaging of naturally aged Dutch cheese is a special skill in its own right, and for many years was the principal activity of the Schep company in Meerkerk. In 2009, the specialization and years of experience acquired by Henk Schep in refining cheese was integrated into the business unit "Vandersterre Holland" within Vandersterre Groep.

For flexible, rapid and efficient order processing we also offer a complete package of additional services such as stamping, labeling, color coating, unit weighing, order picking for all types of packaging materials, up to and including delivery to your customer.
With a total storage capacity of more than 10,000 tons, we can mature all kinds and sizes of cheeses; from 16 kg (35 pounds) to 4-kilo (9-pound) goat’s cheese. By using automated production lines and applying robot technology, no less than 6,250 cheeses per hour are processed, and our options include automatic loading and unloading for all kinds of boxes.
As a professional and independent service provider we also meet the highest quality standards, and all our maturing locations are IFS, BRC, SKAL and process certified.
